All the staff in this office are outstanding. This was my first time using telehealth and they were patient with the log in issues and helped me so much!

We have only had great experiences during our visits. We did notice an MA from a previous visit recognized us waived and said hi.. That was sweet.

Victoria is absolutely amazing. She sat down with my child showed him what she was going to do with a finger poke. She made my child feel safe and he allowed her to do the test no problem. She is a asset to Lee memorial.

Dr. Reddy is an excellent Doctor and also a wonderful person, she knows how to listen , give recommendations, and giving follow up of any concern. She really always exceeds our expectations.We highly recommend her.

Dr Reddy is an wonderful listener and she was very attentive to my daughter. She listened to all her concerns and didn't leave any questions unanswered. She also did not dismiss any of her concerns and showed empathy.

Dr Reddy is amazing. We just can’t say enough good things about her. Her level of care is top notch, but what makes her a stand out is her bedside manner. She is friendly and patient and she’s the only doctor we have that seems like she genuinely cares about us -we are not just a number or a productivity to her. She gets just as excited as I do when my son makes progress. Thank you Dr Reddy!

I think she is amazing, she is funny and helps to [ ] when discussing [ ] that can be scary. She listens fantastically. The nurses and aids are sweet too, during a cry one of them brought me some tissues and recommended a snack place for ice-cream. The staff is lovely and very personable with the patients to a point you do not feel scared or anxious. The notion that you are equals with your aid and care is very nice, and I would absolutely recommend these folk!! 10/10, would come again :)

Dr. Reddy and the nurse that phoned before the [ ] were very patient and kind when working with my daughter. My daughter is an extremely anxious young lady and patience is crucial when communicating with her. The appointment did not feel rushed and we definitely felt listened to in making decisions for my daughter’s care.

Dr Reddy is always wonderful and does a great job taking time to explain all aspects of care. Her MA, Victoria, was the highlight of our visit. [ ] does not use [ ] and can be avoidant with new faces. Victoria directed all discussions toward [ ] and allowed for time for her to respond before continuing forward with the conversation. She clearly explained everything she was doing to [ ] and remained upbeat and so pleasant. She saw [ ] and included her in all aspects of her care knowing she would not respond [ ] and would likely not participate. She truly understands that nonverbal does not mean that you don’t understand or that you don’t matter. Victoria embodies the Lee Health mission and vision and truly made this momma’s heart so happy.

The way the Dr told my son that he will [ ] if he doesn't try to improve his [ ]. My son made me go to the store he shopped wisely by [ ] with all types of [ ] in them and wanted to eat one every day for dinner. I was so happy I cried because it is so hard for me to convince how Important it is to stay healthy.

Dr Reddy and her staff were amazing! She was so thorough and gave us great explanations. The appointment started on time. All of the MAs were nice and professional. The front desk and check out staff were great too. I’m sorry we did not remember their names.

Dr. Reddy is excellent, she shows the growth curves so you can see progress and always explains everything. I have recommended her to several friends and all are happy with her as well!
