Whitney Mankins is very attentive, she listens intently to any concerns I may be seeing her for. She includes me when making a diagnosis or care plan, and does not hesitate to make a referral for additional testing or to a specialist.

I would tell them that my provider, Whitney Mankins or Douglas Forsythe, are always very attentive, listen closely and never make me feel like my concerns are not warranted. Both providers never hesitate to quickly refer for further services to aid in diagnosis or refer to a specialist if they feel the need. And, when referred for additional testing or to a specialist, the referrals are very timely, not weeks in the future. Having the lab, imaging and PT all in the Chesaning location is so valuable and we certainly appreciated having those services there.

First time seeing Whitney. She was kind and attentive. She did her best to address my health concern, however, because it was a specialized item and she is not my normal provider, it made her job difficult.

We have had Dr. Douglas Forsyth as our family physician for many years now. I would describe him as being a very understanding, caring and Knowledgeable healthcare provider. He is also very proactive in preventing any future problems that could arise. When I leave his office, I feel very confident in knowing that I was given the best care and Treatment for my situation. I would highly recommend Dr. Douglas Forsyth MD to my friends and family. Thank you.
