Be very proactive on any of your test results. I received an "all clear" message on my lab results and they definitely were not "all clear". Come to find out, last year's results were not "all clear" either but that time I was never notified at all. After, this was brought to attention, all of the "all clear" messages were mysteriously gone.

I have ALWAYS REFERRED this Dr.s Office. They have ALWAYS been very professional, friendly, caring, will answer any questions you may have, and with the lab, x-ray and therapy all together it’s very convenient. But most of all it’s the fantastic care you receive.

Dr Forsyth is the absolute best Dr. he listens, he’s down to earth so I can understand and he’s thorough. He’s up to date on things that are happening with me before I even see him. I appreciate his care so much!!!

Whitney was interested in my health history and made an effort to really pay attention, offering suggestions as needed. This was only my second time seeing her, first for a physical, and I am happy with the care she has given.

They are so quick to respond and was able to work me in after receiving my physical therapy that same morning. Great service in getting my ears cleaned out so I could hear.

Whitney & staff are very personable. She is a good listener, explains things well, palpates appropriately and performs an age appropriate assessment. Last year when I asked for a referral and needed to check where I preferred after messaging her through the portal she responded quickly. I would highly recommend Whitney as a health care provider.
