Dr. Ramirez is very impressive. She spent extra time with me to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. She was pro active in setting up all follow up appointments. Her manner showed genuine caring and concern. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

The staff is friendly helpful and top notch! Dr Ramirez it's the finest example of excellence in medicine. She has cared for my kids as well. She truly CARES for her patients. I could not ask for a better experience. . She is what doctors were years ago. GRATEFUL!! Thank you Dr. Ramirez!

I was very happy with the Dr. And the way she took control of my situation. I just completed a reverse shoulder replacement surgery and my feet and ankles had swelled up like Fred Flintstones. This had never happened to me before and I felt like I was with a knowledgeable doctor who quickly arrived at a plan.

Dr. Ramirez is a fabulous doctor but is expected to attend too many patients. I hope you get more Docs at Surfside so I can see her more often and not have to use a different doc.

Dr Ramirez is the kindest, most compassionate, knowledgeable, caring Dr. You never feel rushed and takes time to listen and answer all my questions. Her medical assistant, Danielle, is so friendly and sweet , as well. You leave knowing your getting the best care. I thank you both

The team is wonderful. They are welcoming yet focused on you and your health. Dr Ramirez is action oriented, listens and is quick to respond to issues. She is absolutely the best doctor.

I went to the hospital three times In May for heart failure and low blood pressure, and during every visit, the entire staff - from admissions, the ER, food service employees, and all the way to Floor 5 - made me feel so comfortable and completely cared for. Every need I had was met with kindness and compassion. It was such a scary time for my family and me, and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me. I am beyond grateful for the love, support, and care I received from every single staff member. Many blessings to all of them!

I feel the speed that the doctor had reading my results and sending me a message was unbelievably, it made me feel really heard. The care she took with me listening and understanding my health was comforting. I feel she really cares and will get to the bottom of my health concerns. Daniel the medical Assistant was very thorough and kind,professional and knowledgeable.

Dr Ramirez always goes above & beyond when visit. She is extraordinarily thoughtful with everything she does. She always remembers previous issues and follows up with questions about those issues being cleared up or not and I find that just amazing! I must say, her and my doctor Rad are, by far, the best doctors I have visited in South Florida since I've lived here more than a decade and a half ago.
