Dr. Kaiser was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to discuss my situation. I was presented with a few options for treatment, which were described in detail. I appreciated the time she spent with me. I did not feel rushed. Her office staff was excellent as well.

The offices were clean and tidy. I was seen right away. I would definitely advise completing the pre-registration online before your appointment. Dr Kaiser reviewed my chart and asked questions about my pain level. She was extremely professional with a warm smile. In fact the entire office staff was friendly and attentive. I would recommend Dr. Kaiser and this Rheumatology office without reservation.

I had an early appointment with Dr. Rachel Kaiser yesterday, May 28, 2024. She was there for me on time, quickly did my RA evaluation, assured that my Abbvie prescription was properly filled, and asked if I had any questions. Overall a great visit with a good and caring doctor!
