I do not feel as if she puts any effort when addressing my concerns. I don't feel she listens. I feel she rushes through every appointment and runs out the door. I don't need a lot of time, just want the medical advice and treatment. I do not get that from her. And there is never any follow up to address my concerns.

She is kind and calm and takes her time, making sure I get questions answered. She always tells me to send any questions I may think of later to Mychart and when I do, she and/or nurses are very responsive.
