Dr. Quevedo is the best! She has empathy, is kind and she answers all my questions. I always recommend her whenever someone needs a cardiologist. She always listens to me and I feel so much better now after being treated by Dr. Quevedo.

When I went to the Heart Institute at Coconut Point to see if I could get on a waiting list to get an earlier appointment, I was greeted by Kalliopi. I cannot remember being greeted by someone who was more caring and who understood how befuddled I was by my appointment being so far out. She was so kind and thoughtful I felt like I was really being listened to. I was able to get obtain an earlier appointment by someone, Kalliopi keeping me in mind. What a wonderful feeling. As far as Makenzie who did my EKG and prepared me for doctor, she was so pleasant and did not seemed rushed. Dr. Quevedo was great. She listened to me and explained my situation so easily, I immediately felt relief. How lucky was I to find such a wonderful doctor and to have a plan of attack now, as we monitor my situation.

I left feeling very impressed with Dr. Quevedo and her entire staff from the front desk, to her medical assistant and the doctor herself. Everyone was so friendly and competent. Dr. Quevedo was attentive to all my needs. She took her time during my appointment. I did not feel rushed at all. She explained my cardiac conditions fully and in terms I could understand. She also made sure I didn't have any questions that weren't answered. When you have a doctor tell you they didn't want you to leave with any unanswered questions. You know you have a good doctor! As a matter of fact as I was checking out and making my next appointment I remembered I forgot to ask a question. The lady at the front desk said she would go ask the doctor for me. Dr. Quevedo came out and pulled me to the side and answered my question for me. As this was my first time see Dr Queved my experience I had during this appointment made me feel very comfortable in my decision to leave my former cardiologist and become a patient of Dr. Quevedo.

I must be honest. This group is the one I seriously look forward to attending. From the doctor to the assistant to the front desk staff, I am put into a comfortable space. They all are looking out for me and how they can help me. I never feel they are rushing me through the visit.
