Lady at front desk (with red hair)went the extra mile to get my appointment scheduled. It wasn’t as soon as I wanted it but she was very concerned and took the extra time and effort to solve my problem. Very pleasing person!

He was very thorough going through my past visits, issues, [ ] from prior PCP and specialists. I was very comfortable during my first visit with him. Wish I had him as my CD before.

Registration was prompt (I’d already completed required paperwork). Staff who performed initial medical tasks (weighing, etc. prior to doctor’s arrival) was friendly and competent. Wait time for the doctor was within a comfortable range of time.

Some physicians are competent but so dour and serious that they leave us patients feeling depressed regardless of our diagnosis. Dr Qin however in addition to being an outstanding physician, is cheerful, upbeat and bright. He sort of lights up the room when he walks in. His positive personality is contagious and he helps me leave his office with a very positive outlook and attitude. This quality of his is so very important when his diagnosis is less than good news. I really enjoy his demeanor and count myself fortunate to be his patient.
