I was not at my best that morning and everyone was helpful in making sure I was comfortable. I got a [ ] that morning and I met the tech, Sophia, who later instructed me on its use, on the elevator. She was very friendly and courteous then as well.

Dr Q is an excellent person he takes his time to explain what is going on to the patient, explained the treatment that needs to follow at home , + he made sure I had an appointment before I went home from the hospital , he makes me feel at ease when talking to him, he is always listening with a smile on his face. Lady at front desk (with red hair)went the extra mile to get my appointment scheduled. It wasn’t as soon as I wanted it but she was very concerned and took the extra time and effort to solve my problem. Very pleasing person!

He was very thorough going through my past visits, issues, [ ] from prior PCP and specialists. I was very comfortable during my first visit with him. Wish I had him as my CD before.

Registration was prompt (I’d already completed required paperwork). Staff who performed initial medical tasks (weighing, etc. prior to doctor’s arrival) was friendly and competent. Wait time for the doctor was within a comfortable range of time.
