The front desk staff was very courteous in finding availability for me to see Dr Qin even though, by my mistake, I arrived an hour late. I felt so embarrassed, but they handled so well and didn't make me feel embarrassed at all.

Dr Qin took his time with me and went over all of my progress through the year. He was very encouraging and made me feel proud of the work I have done to become more healthy. His nurse was also very good! She was friendly and professional.

Dr. Qin is outstanding, I wouldn't ever entertain the idea of changing him for a Cardiologist closer to home. He has saved my life a few times and I count on him to keep doing that. I love him. From the time you walk into the office to the time of your appointment and then checking out - all I can say is it doesn't get any better than the staff at Dr. Q's office. Thank you to each member of his team!

I was not at my best that morning and everyone was helpful in making sure I was comfortable. I got a [ ] that morning and I met the tech, Sophia, who later instructed me on its use, on the elevator. She was very friendly and courteous then as well.
