Just an ordinary visit to the walk-in clinic waited approximately 40 minutes. Was provided a script and proceeded onward.

Every person I had contact with was amazing! As a [OCCUPATION] in the field for nearly 40 years, I was impressed! From the front desk to the MA the NP and the X-ray tech was all amazing!

Everything was OK at the office except for during the visit I was told she would be sent in a prescription that never got sent in. We live about 20 miles out of town so I waited in town with a sick child for her to call the script into the pharmacy and days later it was still never called in. It has never been called in.

We saw this provider because we had to go to the walk-in clinic rather than our pediatrician who was unavailable that day. The staff who checked us in was very efficient and friendly. The provider was kind, caring, listened well and addressed all concerns.

I did the walk-in clinic for a sore hip. And you helped unlock the achievement that this is a thing that happens as you get older and you can get a shot and things are better. I’ll follow up with my regular doctor to figure out why this is happening. Thank you so much good experience.

The only walgreens in town had not rcvd the prescription from over an hour when we left the facility. When I called walk in...they said they had called it when we left...but walgreens still didnt have it. Upon my calling about it...walgreens amazingly had it within minutes...leads me to believe she didn't call it when she said she did. Summed because we were on our way out of town and didnt have time yo waste at walgreens. I did my part and gave it an hour...not sure the UM facility did theirs. Would have rated better sans this problem.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I walked in with an uncomfortably plugged ear and left being able to hear again with no discomfort. My wait to be seen was only ten minutes and both staff members that treated my problem were kind and did a great job of making me feel comfortable and of unplugging my ear.

Great experience. My son felt unwell very quickly. We were able to get in at the walk in clinic right away. The people there were kind and caring, and sympathetic of how miserable my son was. The prescription for an antibiotic was called in to walgreens immediately. We were visiting from 3 hours away from home. From the time we entered the office, to when my son received his first dose of antibiotic, was barely an hour. I appreciated how quickly my son was able to receive care and a prescription to recover more quickly. I realize it may have been good luck with timing that the office and the pharmacy were not busy at all on a Saturday afternoon, but it was appreciated nonetheless.

This was a visit at the clinic. The Staff at the office window was very friendly. I noticed she was very friendly with all the other patients as well. I didn't catch her name. Presleigh Yovich was also very friendly with my daughter and I. She looked at my daughter's finger and have read. It seemed to be broken so she ordered an x-ray. In the meantime, she put the finger in a splint and said that she would contact us with the x-ray results later on. She did contact us a few hours later and was very friendly and helpful on the phone. We were referred to orthopedics since the fracture was close to a growth plate. She seemed very thorough.

Very top of the line. Her diagnosis was exactly about how I was feeling and what my symptoms were. Two days later , I’m much better and still on vacation in the U. P. of Michigan because of the excellent care.

The staff is very friendly however it can be busy so the wait time can be longer that is not the staff fault so please don’t take it out on them.

I seen this provider at the community care center. The check-in process was odd, in that you had to pull a tab to take a number, but there was a receptionist looking at you the whole time…… The wait time was two hours with three people ahead of me, Which I felt was quite a long time for a urgent care…. There was no urgency in the speed of things….. why is why is somebody else doing my patient?
