I have seen her with both my children for different circumstances 2 or 3 times in the last 6 months. She is very respectful with my children’s boundaries and attentive to my concerns and medical needs. She has very good “bedside manner” with patients and is calm and understanding even during times where I, the patients mother, was overly concerned. She is a good provider at War memorial/mi medical team. She is very kind and considerate. She also is very calm and patient with overreactive toddlers/children, which is hard to find these days, so I very much appreciated that about her because I have a toddler whom likes to fight all doctors and nurses during any visit.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
If you are in upper Michigan and need immediate care and are vacationing the My Michigan Health walk in clinic is a great place to get the help and care you need. I give it 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The doctors and nurses/receptionists were all very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions, making sure I didn’t have any more before I left, and making sure my insurance got entered properly/informing me of what the billing process would look like (out of state insurance), but the wait time was extremely long, 3.5+ hours. They were very upfront and apologetic about it, but still a very long wait time for the urgent care.

Very friendly and knowledgable. Respected my wishes not to have another steroid shot (I'd had 2 downstate within a short period of time and they were still wreaking havoc on my system. She came up with an alternative, which also has seemed to help me sleep better at night.

I went to the clinic just before opening time, so I did not have to wait long to be seen. The staff understood my condition and were prepared to handle it well.

Easy to walk in. Waited just 5 minutes to be seen and tested. Waited a bit for results and diagnosis but Presley was very attentive and helpful when i saw her.

Everything was OK at the office except for during the visit I was told she would be sent in a prescription that never got sent in. We live about 20 miles out of town so I waited in town with a sick child for her to call the script into the pharmacy and days later it was still never called in. It has never been called in.
