The part that is ridiculous is the wait time. Appointment was at 1:30 did not get call to the back to see the provider until after 2:30.

My experiences with Dr. Brouzell was BAD. However, his replacement Dr. Keith is super awesome, and I've reccomended him to friends and family multiple times now.

Dr. Kozinn has been treating my husband for several years. He was recommended to me recently for digestive issues, and arranged for me to have a MRI at Piedmont. I have always trusted Dr. Kozinn. The MRI went well, and I was notified of the results. My last visit to his office was for a follow up to discuss the results. I did have to wait in the waiting room a long time, as Dr. Kozinn was very busy before my appointment. It was inconvenient, but I understand that schedules do get delayed.

I had a severe UTI at my visit prior to this one. I did not have this when I scheduled this check-up appointment where an ultrasound was done. I wanted to get a urine test to determine what antibiotics I needed for this infection. I was told by the check out person that they could not do this and I needed to go to an urgent care. In an urology office for goodness sake.
Dr. Gilbert is a very good Urologist. I appreciate him and his nursing staff. But his office staff need to be looked at.

The entire staff was very ready to make our visit pleasant as possible. Dr. Blackmon was ready to explain everything and our questions about the PSA test and other problems.

He listened and answered all our questions. He made us feel confident that he will do the tests needed to diagnose the problem. First visit he had researched years back and found pertinent information we had forgotten.
