He has always had very good bedside manners, he also comes in the room and shakes your hand when he enters, and when he leaves. He comes in the room and take a seat and listens to all your questions and concerns. He doesn’t make you feel like he’s in a rush to get to another patient room. He handled one patient at a time making the visit very seamlessly and professional and make you feel like he actually cares.

See previous response. Others we talk to agree. The procedure is far too invasive to be handled without anesthesia. Although the literature indicates that it’s done, that doesn’t convince me or others that it’s the right thing. The experience was extraordinarily painful and frankly humiliating.

Down to earth no matter how busy the office is he took the time that I needed and made sure everything was covered and I understood what the issue was, what needs to be done, and how to prevent further occurrences.

Dr. Gilbert is a top notch doctor who took wonderful care of me when I had kidney stones. He is very kind, reassuring, and takes time to explain all of the options and procedures that he may need to do.
