After my appt (which was very good with Dr Andrew Cross), i went for bloodwork. A few days later i was called but missed their call. I called back to tell them i was sorry i missed their call and to inquire about the reason they had called. They told me it was about my bloodwork and that a nurse practitioner would call me back to discuss my labwork. To this day i still do not k ow what it is about.

The problem I was having was addressed by D. Jones was explained to me very well. I'm impressed with the way my problem was dealt with and will continue seeing Dr. Jones in the future.

Locating the lab took some effort. Signing in was long and a little confusing. Parking was not user friendly.

The experience with Dr.Carlos went ok. One of his receptionist was very rude over the phone and in person !
