The young lady who took my blood for labs for 2 separate providers was very proficient, yet friendly. Her bedside manner was very professional and knowledgeable, and she made me feel as comfortable as possible.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Andrew Cross. As Dr. Mobely was my provider but is no longer with the Phoebe. It was a joy to meet Dr Cross and very helpful and concerned about my recent open heart surgery.
