Dr Philipps and his office staff at the Naples office are amazing! He takes the time to listen and we appreciate that about him since we come from over 1hr & 45 min away to see him! He is awesome! His MA Alyssa is also very sweet and made us feel very comfortable! Thank you for the wonderful care!

Dr. Phillipps is amazing. He actually talked directly to my son and explained things. My son felt empowered and encouraged when he left. He made a true connection. Everyone in the office was genuinely kind and professional. I feel so grateful we have access to such exceptional care. Thank you all.

My son was feeling anxious about his apt. and the nurses made him feel welcome, safe, and comfortable right away! He really liked the dr. I felt like Dr. Phillipps was patient and took time to listen and properly diagnose my son. I was impressed with his attention to detail, and with him wanting to see my son again in 4 months to make sure he’s transitioning well into his new school. Excited to have answers and a great team rooting for my son!

I have been seeing Dr. Phillips for both 9f my boys for years always very patient and addresses all my concerns and helps with a medical plan and goal . I'm very blessed to have him and all the staff.

Dr Phillips was absolutely wonderful. He was patient, kind, and super affirming. He listened to us, took time to explain everything thoroughly, and never made us feel rushed. Just a terrific experience all around.

Dr. Philipps has been a great change in mine and Adens life. Him and his team are always on top of everything. And ensures us that everything is going ok. And has been a great support and gives a lot of knowledge of my son’s health issues. Before coming to him I felt [ ] with our last doctor. But I feel like he is there with us every step. And I am thankful for that. I wouldn’t go to any other team except Dr. Philipps team.

The doctor identified a [ ] and immediately called in other practice providers to double check his observation. It was so wonderful to be able to clearly understand the potential issue while also have a doctor who collaborated for the patients best interest

I can always get through when I call. Somebody usually answers immediately. When I either talk to staff or leave a message through MyChart the response is super fast with calling in [ ]. Also very quick with excuses for school and other paperwork needed. Great doctor and great staff.

Dr. Phillips shows real concern for his patients. My granddaughter has "aged out" of the pediatric practice which is a concern for me. He has been looking for a replacement neurologist that will be able to follow my granddaughter with her unique problems. Until he finds a [ ], he will keep an "eye" on my child.

As Rebecca is a new patient, we appreciated that Dr. Phillips spent a great deal of time reviewing her medical records from WA, and that he spent much time evaluating her and answering our questions.

Absolutely love my Children’s Doctor! He always goes above and beyond with care , listening and discussing my kiddos situations and concerns , never do we ever leave his office felt misunderstood or with questions left unanswered. Walking into his office always feels like home , his staff is always respectful and friendly , always a clean environment (love the new office btw). Just overall the comfort, the care, the medical treatment, everything is amazing and I could not ask for a better neurologist for my 2 children. Keep up the great care and support ! We appreciate you all so much !

I felt that the manager that came out to discuss the problems I had with Dr. Phillips was very calming and I think she did a very good job and just listening to my [ ] so I would say she had a excellence about her I do not know her name, but she was the manager for the office at that point in time
