Very pleased with Dr. Liu's knowledge and ability to explain all aspects of my medical problem and offer options for treatment. He took the time to carefully cover any questions and how procedures could be done to check for conditions and improve my prostate health.

I am so fortunate to be under Dr. Liu’s care. He genuinely cares about his patients. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain procedures and test results. I trust him and know he will give me the best care possible.

Dr. Liu and his staff are excellent and very caring. They make sure you understand everything and explain it to you so it is easy to understand. He's straight forward and to the point in going over any procedures and possible outcomes. The whole team works together well to ensure the patients get all necessary information.

Dr. Lou is very respectful and pleasant to speak to, he answered a question I had. I really enjoyed meeting his staff and they were very professional and helpful with questions that I had. I called the office with questions after my office visit and spoke with Tracy. She reached out to me with answers and I am very satisfied.
