Dr. Liu is an excellent physician, kind and really listens to concerns and offers realistic feedback. Would highly recommend to any one needing a urologist. He is awesome and his staff is excellent as well

Dr. Liu and his staff are excellent and very caring. They make sure you understand everything and explain it to you so it is easy to understand. He's straight forward and to the point in going over any procedures and possible outcomes. The whole team works together well to ensure the patients get all necessary information.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Lou is very respectful and pleasant to speak to, he answered a question I had. I really enjoyed meeting his staff and they were very professional and helpful with questions that I had. I called the office with questions after my office visit and spoke with Tracy. She reached out to me with answers and I am very satisfied.

Dr Liu & his Staff are very Thorough & efficient. Doctor answers questions & concerns from me & my wife, being sure we completely understand instructions about Labs, Medicine Doses, etc. His MA Traci always makes us comfortable during our appointments!

Dr. Liu was very cordially. The info from first Scan did not give all info to determine the problem. So set another scan hopefully this data will be more through.
