Perez is an excellent addition to this practice. Extremely knowledgeable and has a an exceptional skill set in patient education and compassion. I will be communicating by outstanding patient care with the Board of Directors....He is a great ambassador for the Lee Health System and what it represents to our community. Please share this communication with him, to let him know he makes a difference on many levels and especially my Healthcare experience.

I appreciated the timeliness of my appointment. Wait time was minimal (10 minutes from checking in) from my scheduled appointment time. Provider was caring and attentive to my medical results and plan.
