Too bad you stopped at excellent for your ratings. I would have gone higher to SUPERIOR! A distinct pleasure to spend time with her after my Nov [ ]. Francesca was just superb in her setvice. Polite, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Paula serviced me with my device check during my earlier appointment. Again, the service was excellent. As well, the customer associates at the check in and check out were helpful and very polite. Welcoming to your office.

I believe that Francesca is an incredible asset to the staff and team at the cardiac office. She was able to calm my fears, my anxiety and relax and just go with the flow. she was very thorough and explaining and helping me understand what I went through with my cardiac event.

This was my first time seeing Francesca. She was so pleasant, knowledgeable, understanding,. I love it when a dr., Pa takes the time to listen to you! She really made sure I understood everything about my medicine changes & things I should be eating & foods I should not! Really like her!!

Francesca Passalacqua was great! First time I met her was during this appointment. She had a wonderful personality and related to me very well. She made me feel very comfortable. It was like I'd known her a long time. If I need to see Dr. [ ] and I can not, I will ask for Francesca.
