Nurse Mary Beth Parks was an exceptional nurse who was kind, compassionate to my needs and very professional. Also, nurse Anastasia is kind, a great listener, and professional as well.

Receptionist at front desk who checked me in. She asked innocently if my husband was still my contact(my husband died last December ). I was caught off guard & started crying as I explained “no” she was very sweet & offered me a hug !

I have always been let down by physicians / PA’s and staff. But from day one Mary Parks showed compassion, caring, kindness, and made me feel like I’m somebody. The MA’s, nurses, front staff all are truly amazing and a very good Asset to Lee.

In general, I was very happy with the visit. I’m very new to the practice, and as luck would have it, I got [ ] and ended up with [ ] and was able to get an appt the prior week. Unfortunately after feeling better and went backwards and started feeling awful again. They got me in to see Dr Parks the same morning I called. They changed up the meds and I am feeling so much better! Thank You!

Everyone was so kind and caring and helpful! The atmosphere is very calming and friendly as well! From being checked in until leaving the experience was great!
