My physician, Mary Parks, helped me sort out next steps in my medical condition and answered all my questions while being personable and efficient. Her feedback and suggestions were quite helpful. I believe I have found a competent and caring physician. Yay!

The assistant that took me from the waiting room to the [ ], etc, was very professional and personable. She was able to talk and laugh with me while simultaneously and efficiently doing her job. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name!

I arrived a little early for my appointment and the staff took me right away. Front desk, the medical assistant and Mary Park were all amazing. This was my first time seeing Mary as a new patient and it was so convenient. They were also quick at responding to my My chart messaging to them. I will refer other patients to her in the future.

Mary Parks is the absolute best. I love her and she is the ONLY person I have complete confidence in my health care. I have and will continue to refer her to anyone and everyone who wants to have the best care in SWF. She is a wonderful person, professionally and I can't say enough about her.

First time having this primary and I was impressed by her and that doesn’t happen often or at all! I worked in the health care industry and I know good and I know the [ ]🤦♀️ thank goodness! I found great drs then they leave the state? I’m very much my own advocate and look for the right people when I need help. !! What’s to happen to me if my voice gets silenced? Some people just don’t have a voice. Thank you for letting me be a lil voice for the people.

Mary Parks was excellent, however, she was at a disadvantage in that she had met me only once quite a long time ago (2 years?). She’s a good listener and hopefully the [ ] that she prescribed will resolve my ONGOING issues with my [ ]. The lady who did the precheck was very nice.
