From the moment I walked up to the front desk , to the assistant that checked me in to the assistant that discharged me to the front desk was amazing. It took me a long time to find a provider that would actually listen and not tell me I'm wrong! Mary Parks and her staff are amazing!

APRN Mary Parks was wonderful as usual. I came in suffering from my throat with redness, very swollen glands and hurting to talk. I felt like I was well taken care of and want to thank her for giving me the meds I needed to help with the amount of pain I was in. We need more doctors like her who takes time and listens to patients concerns. It hasn't been 24hrs and I feel much better thank you again

Mary Parks was very helpful and empathic of my health issues. She recommended a pain management doctor near by. I appreciated her interest in my health problems and she listened to my problems with the medication I had used and didn't work for me.

Mary Parks is a sweetheart, she explains things well, listens to all you have to say and ask, and is overall caring. Her assistant was also very helpful. And I have to say the receptionist at the front desk was courteous and very helpful. I came in Friday to make an appt. She was on the spot to notify team for assistance. I received a call the same day with an appointment set for Saturday. A big thank you for all of you!
