The nurse who took me back was [ ] and lacked compassion to further explain her questions. Ie do I want the [ ] Why are you asking me this if you need it to make diagnosis. I already tested [ ].

Mary parks was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately the same could not be said about the MA Yesica. I feel she needs a brush up on talking the patient through testing and making them feel comfortable

Mary Beth Parks is professional and considerate professional. I feel confident I’m getting the very best treatment when I see her. Her nurse was outstanding. Very professional. From the time I entered the clinic I was treated great! The lady that checked me in was superb!

Mary Parks deserves a 10+. She listens to you and you NEVER feel rushed. She is very understanding and wants to help you. Had I not gone to her, I think I’d end up in the hospital. She was my 3rd doctor I had gone to for this issue and FINALLY got medicines to help. She’s GREAT!!

Mary took the time to listen to my ailments, chose to do tests and explain things to me, instead of just typing in the laptop. Time was well spent and not just rush in for 1 or 2 minutes line Dr. [ ] always does.

APN Mary Beth PARKS had a common sense approach and included me in the decision-making process. She seemed experienced and confident. She introduced herself appropriately and took care of my needs. Medical assistant Anastasia was warm, demonstrated appropriate skills, and efficiently prepped me to see the nurse practitioner. Anastasia should identify and introduce herself by name and title to patients (e.g.I am Anastasia the medical assistant and I will get you ready to see the advanced practice nurse.) The team ran on schedule which was very impressive.
