Mary Parks deserves a 10+. She listens to you and you NEVER feel rushed. She is very understanding and wants to help you. Had I not gone to her, I think I’d end up in the hospital. She was my 3rd doctor I had gone to for this issue and FINALLY got medicines to help. She’s GREAT!!

I needed the appointment in order to get a referral for a [ ]. Mary asked questions, gave Comments. She sent in the referral and I now have a [ ] scheduled for latr this month.

Mary took the time to listen to my ailments, chose to do tests and explain things to me, instead of just typing in the laptop. Time was well spent and not just rush in for 1 or 2 minutes line Dr. [ ] always does.

APN Mary Beth PARKS had a common sense approach and included me in the decision-making process. She seemed experienced and confident. She introduced herself appropriately and took care of my needs. Medical assistant Anastasia was warm, demonstrated appropriate skills, and efficiently prepped me to see the nurse practitioner. Anastasia should identify and introduce herself by name and title to patients (e.g.I am Anastasia the medical assistant and I will get you ready to see the advanced practice nurse.) The team ran on schedule which was very impressive.

While discussing my [ ], I informed Ms. Parks there had to be an error, as I had no prior heart conditions. She listened. We came up with what could have caused a [ ] and she scheduled a repeat of the [ ]. Everything on the second one was fine. I appreciate the extra care and effort.

Lee Health at the sanctuary is great. Everyone is very professional and helpful. Mary has helped me in the past so when I knew that my video chat would be with her, I felt relieved because I know that she really listens to your concerns and always make sure that you are in agreement with the plan of care moving forward.
