Mary E Parks came into the room immediately, after the checking of my info, taking blood pressure, etc. She made certain who I was and began asking questions about my issue, checked out the area and then mentioned what the issue was. Mary started making sure the medication was right for me and immediately said she had sent it to the pharmacy. She asked if there was anything else she could help with. Mary was just as nice, Intelligent, and caring as everyone I have had the pleasure to help me. She also mentioned to not hesitate if I had any questions, etc and call, or email her etc

From the moment I walked up to the front desk , to the assistant that checked me in to the assistant that discharged me to the front desk was amazing. It took me a long time to find a provider that would actually listen and not tell me I'm wrong! Mary Parks and her staff are amazing!

APRN Mary Parks was wonderful as usual. I came in suffering from my throat with redness, very swollen glands and hurting to talk. I felt like I was well taken care of and want to thank her for giving me the meds I needed to help with the amount of pain I was in. We need more doctors like her who takes time and listens to patients concerns. It hasn't been 24hrs and I feel much better thank you again

Mary Parks was very understanding with my problem & didn't judge me! Not only that she shared her own experience with the same diagnosis which made me feel totally Comfortable & at ease! I really liked her bedside manner! She is very patient friendly but professional!
