1. The practice, in my experience, runs on time! Appointments start and end when they should.
2. The assistants are pleasant and professional.
3. Dr Rama doesn't make me feel rushed. She answers questions and explains why she is suggesting tests, supplements or meds. She also is incredibly responsive. Messages to her office get replies .. quickly.
