We have a plan in place to address my concerns. She was professional but very attentive and a good listener. Educated me on my condition and we made care decisions together.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
All staff is excellent. Dr. Fairchild is kind, caring and compassionate. She explained my options carefully and treated me with respect and dignity. Renee was most helpful as well. It was such a positive experience and Dr. Fairchild provided immediate relief to the symptoms I had been experiencing for a while, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you to all.

Nothing needed to improve, already excellent.

She tried to explain everything thing to me whhlich my 2 other specialists didn’t do very well and didn’t pressure me into anything. Very glad I saw her
