Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
All staff is excellent. Dr. Fairchild is kind, caring and compassionate. She explained my options carefully and treated me with respect and dignity. Renee was most helpful as well. It was such a positive experience and Dr. Fairchild provided immediate relief to the symptoms I had been experiencing for a while, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you to all.

She tried to explain everything thing to me whhlich my 2 other specialists didn’t do very well and didn’t pressure me into anything. Very glad I saw her

Pamela was outstanding in every way. Regarding the bladder emptying test. Did I need to drink a lot of water before the test? Thank you.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not sure. The lady who did the bladder test was new and had to ask others what the numbers meant.

Dr Fairchild is outstanding. She is kind, considerate and makes a person feel very comfortable. She doesn’t seem rushed and listens carefully to anything the patient has to say.
