I've had no negative experiences here whatsoever. I'm well informed well cared for and I trust this staff with my care with my privacy I couldn't ask for more... I would wholeheartedly recommend this group to anyone.

yes i told her about the side effects of my one med and she gave me a solution to solve those issues i was very happy with her. i felt relived after the visit knowing i could take care of the issues i was having. she was excellent in explaining this to me.

Besides Kristin being a real asset to Lee Health and Surfside practise. I have to also acknowledge Lauren the tech. She is approachable and engaging. Given so much to do she stayed focussed and professional....thank you to you all Mark

Kristen Ovadal is the best. She is so thorough and is extremely knowledgeable. She takes her time and covers any problems I might have. She makes me feel like she really cares. I have complete confidence in Kristen. She is excellent in what she does.

Kristin and the PCT (Laura?) were great. The front desk staff were very nice but I had a hard time understanding what they said which caused a bit of [ ] but the PCT took care of it all!

I feel Lauren was exceptional, but I do feel the whole staff that I encountered was super! Lauren, just made me feel like a true friend and really interested in me, as well as Kristin did too. What an AWESOME pair!

I'm so glad I was able to get Dr. Ovadal as my Primary Physician..She is friendly and thorough and II feel confident in her abilities...Her Assistant Lauren is very capable and responsive..Good team!!

I had an [ ] and they fit me in. They made me feel liked they cared enough to move their schedules around to fit me in and that shows you the level of professionalism and care for their patients. And they even gave me comfort to know I can message them anytime and they will get back to me. Great staff here and that’s make a big difference. I really trust the staff and thankful they provide such great level of service.

I want to give the highest rating to my provider Kristin Ovadal. I say this with 1000% assurity, that there is NOT a better medical provider anywhere in Lee County - in the entire state of Florida for that matter! Kristin has been entirely professional, caring, thorough throughout my time seeing her as my medical provider. She has a wonderful "bedside manner" and never makes me feel rushed when I'm asking questions. I truly feel she cares about my health and well being. Kristin should be the measure that ALL healthcare providers should be striving for. Lee Health is certainly very fortunate to have her on staff.
