I had an [ ] and they fit me in. They made me feel liked they cared enough to move their schedules around to fit me in and that shows you the level of professionalism and care for their patients. And they even gave me comfort to know I can message them anytime and they will get back to me. Great staff here and that’s make a big difference. I really trust the staff and thankful they provide such great level of service.

I want to give the highest rating to my provider Kristin Ovadal. I say this with 1000% assurity, that there is NOT a better medical provider anywhere in Lee County - in the entire state of Florida for that matter! Kristin has been entirely professional, caring, thorough throughout my time seeing her as my medical provider. She has a wonderful "bedside manner" and never makes me feel rushed when I'm asking questions. I truly feel she cares about my health and well being. Kristin should be the measure that ALL healthcare providers should be striving for. Lee Health is certainly very fortunate to have her on staff.

Kristin always goes above and beyond with everything! Her listings skills are excellent and this visit I felt as though she listened even more intently! She was able to relieve all of my concerns, which was like a ton of bricks, being removed from my shoulders! She is just amazing! Lauren is so caring and helpful. Her upbeat personality is always welcome and appreciated! She really does a great job with assisting me to keep me safe! The entire team is amazing!!

Kristen is excellent in every area of my care. She listened attentively, checks my previous medical records and makes informative additions! I can’t really rate get any higher than EXCELLENT! She is a valuable member of Lee Physicians Group! Additionally when first entering for medical care Joanne greets me with a smile and kindness that always makes me feel welcomed. It is so very nice to have a familiar face that actually cares and shows concern. These two women are valuable and dedicated members of the Lee Physicians Group at Surfside Medical Center. I am very thankful to have found a place I feel welcomed and receive good medical care!

Kristin is an amazing practitioner. She has always been able to diagnose and solve any issue I have had. She was the only practioner who suggested a preventative scan after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is a very positive asset to Lee Health.
