I was taken care of by the entire staff I had contact with. From the reception desk to the nurse and the PA Kristin. They all were friendly and showed concern for me. I will miss Kristin. She is one of the best medical professionals I have ever dealt with.

Kristin Ovadal, P.A. Is very kind and compassionate. She took the time to discuss my health and review my plan. I was sad to hear that she is going to urgent care which I'm sure she'll do an outstanding job. I will miss her as my provider. It's very hard to find such a conscientious provider, makes you feel important and that they really care about you, your health and wellbeing.

Seriously, every staff member I come in contact with at the Surfside location has always been gracious and very helpful. Kristen is an absolute delight and a great healthcare provider. I feel welcome there. I feel cared for and I'm not just a number. It's good to have that kind of trust and I appreciate it.

Medical assistant I believe her name was Lauren go PA Overdal was so helpful in getting my new appointment scheduled. PA Overdal was also an asset and I am sad she is moving to a new position. She is caring and thorough and will be an asset wherever she goes.

Kristin is Truly, the best. I am so grateful to have found her. I've never felt more heard and truly cared about from a provider. I had something that was impacting my health greatly and everyone blew it off for years until I met Kristin and immediately she had answers for me and solutions within minutes of doing research. She immediately gave me referrals and guidance as she's done for a few other issues. She has been such a blessing to me and my wellness journey. (AND I want to express my gratitude on always being patient when I have to bring One or both of my wild kids in with me.)

Both Kristin and Lauren MA are amazing! They always take plenty of time to listen to my concerns. Communication is superb, and the teamwork is even more than superb! I always leave knowing that all of my issues have been addressed and follow up such as testing, etc. is closely monitored.

Kristin Ovadal is awesome. She took the time to discuss my health issues and gave me recommendations that were easy to understand and follow at your help my situation. She speaks to me at a level that I can easily understand. I have recommended her to two of my friends and they are now patients of hers. She listens and helps me understand my issues and how to correct them. She never pushes things I don’t want to do. She gives all the reasons why I should and that helps me make my own decisions. She is very supportive and understanding.
