The whole team on Surfside is friendly and very professional, Kristin, and her team are very good. The staff in the front that takes [ ] are very friendly and Sherri .Michelle along with the rest of the staff have made me feel like I am worthy of being in their presence.

Beginning with the front staff, the entire experience at Surfside is always above exceptional! But, on this visit I must say Lauren (nurse/MA) went way above assisting me with lab/insurance issues. She actually walked down to the lab and resolved all issues! Kristin P.A. is so kind, caring, supportive and intelligent! I always feel she has my health issues [ ] and always includes me in my plan of care.

Both Lauren and Kristen were great! I was seen on time and greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner. Lauren was very efficient and good at her job. Kristen did not try to rush through my appointment. She listened to my concerns, did a thorough exam and explained her findings and my options in detail. I was very pleased with the care I received. And not to be overlooked, the ladies at the front desk checking patients in were also very nice. Unfortunately I don't know their names. Overall I had a good experience with LPG at Surfside.
