Both Dr and medical assistant were amazing! The stark difference between level of concern and care between this appointment and my pain management appointment was night and day. I felt heard, they were both compassionate and regretful they couldn't help me more. They told me that my pain level was making my blood pressure dangerous and that I needed to go to the emergency room as soon as my appointment was done and that they would give me a shot of toradol before I left to try and relieve some of the pain. Which is more than the antidepressant pain management gave me. Couldn't recommend this practice to enough people if it was a full time job for me.

Everyone made my experience exceptional, from the front desk, nurse and aprn Riquenes. Well worth the trip. Looking forward to my next visit.

I'm sorry I had a short wait in the waiting room and then was called back where Patricia was taking some information from me. She was also very professional and kind and then I saw Yanet Osorio. Very professional and very kind. She understood that I needed to get up-to-date with Bloodwork/tests. Overall OverallI Iwas very satisfied.

They were all outstanding. This was my first visit but it felt like I've been with them for years. They take the time to hear what you have to say. I hope all my visits are the same. They all are polite, compassionate, caring, supportive and the list goes on. I was so comfortable and the biggest thing is my anxiety usually is out of control on a first visit,but here I was calm and was able to explain my medical issues.
