From the very beginning, she created a safe, judgment-free environment where I felt comfortable talking about difficult experiences and emotions.Amanda is compassionate, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She doesn't just listen-she helps me understand why I'm feeling the way I do and teaches practical coping strategies that I can use in my everyday life. She takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense, and she always meets me where I am without making me feel rushed or judged.One thing I appreciate most is that she genuinely cares about her patients. She celebrates progress, no matter how small, while also recognizing when I need additional support.
