Dr. Childs is amazing! She's kind, caring and compassionate. She really listened and took the time to get to know me. I'm very excited to have her as my new PCP!

Dr Childs made me feel very comfortable and heard. She asked me numerous times if I wanted to talk about anything else and made sure the visit was about me. During my procedure she continued to make sure I was doing okay and all around has great bedside manner. I feel great to have found a provider who can look out for my best interest.

She listened well and explained her view when we did not agree. She did not over simplify her conversation with me and gave me multiple chances to ask her any questions.

Dr. Childs was the best provider I have ever seen. She was incredibly kind and professional. It was so refreshing to have a doctor listen to me and understand my needs. I feel that we collaborated well to arrive at the best outcomes for my care.

She kept in touch through mychart and sent follow up messages. also she is open to communicate using messages which is great.

I am thankful she was able to see me promptly although it wasn't an emergency, and remove the dome from my hearing aid that had detached and lodged in my ear, causing some discomfort and hearling loss.
