Completely pleased with LPG Infectious Disease. Wait time once you check in is minimal…waiting area is clean and tidy…front desk ladies are helpful. Stacey was very efficient…all business without coming across as superior.

I always feel welcomed by the entire staff every time I've had an appointment with this facility. The nursing staff as well as the doctors are very skilled at the duties that they perform.

When I arrived in the office, I was informed that my provider had an [ ] and I was asked to reschedule or wait to see if they could squeeze me in. I did have to wait an hour, but Whit was courteous and kept me informed as I waited. She was kind and respectful and friendly. I appreciated her helping me get seen that day. Stacy was also kind and courteous. She reviewed my course of treatment, examined me and reviewed my course going forward. Overall a very good visit.

From my ER visit to the provider visit everyone kept me informed about my health. I am from Wisconsin and was concerned about my insurance coverage and everyone put me at ease about cost and working with me after insurance is filed. First time getting sick out of state and I have had excellent care. Everything has been explained very clearly and I was involved in my care plan. Thank you to everyone!!!! [ ]

I appreciated the concern that was expressed for my condition. Stacy and her medical assistant Christina were very caring and informative. They spent a lot of time with me and explained and answered my concerns. Stacy and Christina were very caring and were very good listeners. I was very impressed.
