I only saw Dr. Chavez and I am very impressed with her. She is a caring, understanding doctor and person, very knowledgable and willing to listen intently to what I was saying. I have another appointment with her in two weeks and I am looking forward to that.

I would like to acknowledge management for the teams of providers they have trained. Not only are they extraordinary practitioners, but their level of concern, that they express, thus creating an atmosphere of confidence and trust. Starting with the clerk, all the way up the line.

I love Diana. She is so patient and kind with me. She listens and gives me actual physical things that help me on a daily basis.

It’s impossible to get appointments scheduled in a timely manor and scheduling staff is generally rude and disrespectful.

Dr Chavez explained everything and listened to what I was saying. She made me very comfortable discussing everything with me I will definitely continue seeing her and will recommend her and the rest of the staff

I am very pleased with my appointment with Dr. Chavez. She was kind, compassionate, and an excellent listener. She did not rush me at all and clearly recapped our visit, her thoughts about my issues, and plan of care going forward. I left feeling hopeful.

My experience with Dr Chavez has been very be of the best I’ve had at Lee Health. I felt very comfortable with her and the MA was super nice and careful. My experience was above excellent!
