Dr Fretter and Dr [ ](preceptor/resident) were both wonderful to talk with … very helpful in explaining their goals … thanks

Dr. Fretter is a gift to the medical profession. We meet Dr Fretter for the first time this past week. Both my husband and I are so aware of her focus, intentionality and knowledge. Her questions to us and her responses to us were so relevant, on point and caring. My goodness we are so impressed with our new Doctor; and she follows our 2 years with precious [ ] at the [ ]. WE LOVE THIS PROGRAM, the Nurses, the Support Staff.

I have great admiration for the staff at this clinic. I would note particularly the front office staff, Lisa, Keith and Holly who are all so friendly and helpful, Starr, MA, is always friendly and quite efficient. This was my first meeting with Dr. Fretter to establish my care with her. I am very impressed with Dr. Fretter. She listened to me, asked many questions, and was not at all rushed. I left with lab orders to complete prior to my next appointment and with an order for a [ ].

The Dr. was very concerned with what I had to say and listened very patiently; I really appreciate how Caroline was sincerely interested about my concerns.

Caroline Fretter was absolutely amazing and I am so happy I saw her. The front desk staff was also very kind and just perfect. This internal medicine clinic is the best medical place I’ve ever visited!!

From check-in to check-out everyone was wonderful. Right down to helping me into the [ ] when I left. This was my first visit to this practice. Dr. Fretter was very nice and professional. So glad I chose her as my new PCP.

Everyone there makes you feel very comfortable, starting when you walk in the door and are greeted by I believe Keith and Lisa are their names!

Everyone at the doctor's office was very helpful. Friendly. Nice. I have no issues with anything that happened. There was a good visit and a doctor was very knowledgeable and I would definitely go back

Found all the staff professional and friendly. The two physicians were also professional and explained things clearly and thoroughly.

Transferred from millennium healthcare after doctor just disappeared. My visits there were not great and was treated like an imposition. I was treated professionally by staff and Dr. Fretter. I was greeted immediately. Very shortly after I filled out the mental health paperwork I was greeted by the nurse and taken to a room and she professionally went over my history. Dr. Fretter came to room and introduced herself and went over my history and discussed what she could do to help. I forgot to mention I was referred by a friend to another provider. The person scheduling advised there would be a wait time like [ ]. She asked if she could put me on hold to see if there were other providers who could see me sooner. I was not feeling well so I appreciated her help. I told her I was okay with a new resident. This was a vast improvement from my experience with my previous doctor. Thank you!
