Ist time visit. I really appreciated the time and concern given to me. My doctor looked into every aspect of my health. I really appreciate it.

My doctor was outstanding listening to my issues and even consulting with colleague to see that I was taken care of. And I was able to get a same day appointment after they worked me in. Even called several times before appointment to check on me and to tell me they were trying to getbme an even earlier appointment. And all this was just in response to a message I answered about my BP, mentioning that it was probably higher because I was sick for the last 2 weeks. I received a reply telling me to call directly so I could be seen.

All staff encounters during this visit were friendly and quite positive. Dr. Fretter is a superlative health care provider, very caring, friendly and knowledgeable. I believe that I am indeed fortunate in having her as my PCP.

The reception staff are efficient. Knowable Caring and knowledgeable. These folks are like family yo us!

Dr Caroline F, the MA, Doria at check in and check out, the overseeing practice management Dr and Lisa. Also, the nice man Keith at check in and check out I usually see. It also meant a lot to me to see the sunflower symbol which represents disabilities in which are not "always" recognizable and to ask people if they need help and to be understanding and non judgmental. I shared similar literature I received from my Neurologist in Boston and it meant a lot to me that it wasn't just thrown away. The staff genuinely care and want to educate and teach each other to continue to provide the best care possible.

Dr Fretter is an excellent physician that excels in providing her patients with all of the info needed regards their condition(s) and care she is a wonderful asset for Lee Health and I plan to recommend her with absolutely no reservations.

Dr. Fretter is a gift to the medical profession. We meet Dr Fretter for the first time this past week. Both my husband and I are so aware of her focus, intentionality and knowledge. Her questions to us and her responses to us were so relevant, on point and caring. My goodness we are so impressed with our new Doctor; and she follows our 2 years with precious [ ] at the [ ]. WE LOVE THIS PROGRAM, the Nurses, the Support Staff.

I have great admiration for the staff at this clinic. I would note particularly the front office staff, Lisa, Keith and Holly who are all so friendly and helpful, Starr, MA, is always friendly and quite efficient. This was my first meeting with Dr. Fretter to establish my care with her. I am very impressed with Dr. Fretter. She listened to me, asked many questions, and was not at all rushed. I left with lab orders to complete prior to my next appointment and with an order for a [ ].

Caroline Fretter was absolutely amazing and I am so happy I saw her. The front desk staff was also very kind and just perfect. This internal medicine clinic is the best medical place I’ve ever visited!!

From check-in to check-out everyone was wonderful. Right down to helping me into the [ ] when I left. This was my first visit to this practice. Dr. Fretter was very nice and professional. So glad I chose her as my new PCP.
