The nurse that I spoke to over the phone. She scheduled my visit with Dr. Carol and my ultrasound visit the same day at last minute. I don't recall her name but I highly appreciate her for going above and beyond at last minute.

Kayla was my ultrasound technician and she was extremely thorough and so kind during the [ ]. Her student was also just as kind and polite, even thanked me for allowing her to do her [ ]. I'm thankful for them both as they were so polite, unrushed and gentle.

Wonderful Doctor! If you are looking for a Dr. that has excellent bedside manner, who genuinely cares for her patients and takes their time to fully listen and explain things then Dr. Carroll is it. I can’t say enough kind things about her!

Dr. Carroll is a gem! She has the best bedside manner, compassion, wonderful communication skills and truly cares about her patients. She doesn’t rush through my appointment time and allowed me and my husband to ask any questions which we had a decent amount being that we are expecting our first baby. Her nurse was also very kind and professional and you could tell she truly enjoys working with Dr. Carroll.

Very kind woman and understanding. I've had HORRIBLE, experiences with other doctors literally. Dr Brown welcomed me with a warm handshake and not like if I had some kind of leprosy.

Dr Karisa Carroll was outstanding and worth waiting the seven months for her. I realize that being a new patient was a time factor and I’m sure if there is any problem in the future she will see me much sooner , bow that I am an existing patient. Dr. Carroll was very knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. Her assistant Edricka was adorable and very personable. . I am now thankful that I have Dr. Carroll as a gynecologist if any problem arises.

I only had to wait for 2 minutes in the waiting room and then another 2 minutes for the doctor to see me. I have never had such a quick appointment. I was very impressed!!
