Wiladine [ ] was kind, courteous, and observant with my balance as we walked to the back rooms to await Dr Ammari. She remembered me from several days prior and a asked pertinent questions to include some follow up when she'd seen me previously, which was a great welcome. Dr Ammari saw me within a few minutes of Wiladine completing my pre-checks and orthostatic Vitals after a quick consult with the resident. Dr Ammari came in and quickly apologized for lateness, but as I'd seen the waiting room, I completely understood and let him know I understood. (His apology was kind though, thank you!) We discussed past history from childhood experience with this type of headache and we both agreed it seemed more than likely a vestibular migraine at that time and currently. An immediate followup with my neuro Dr was highly recommended and scheduled. The thoroughness of Dr Ammari and his line of questioning and subsequent diagnosis skills were impressive and leads me to believe Dr Ammari will become a fine asset to his future employers. I find several of the Dr's I've had the misfortune of needing in my life, Florida State University College of Medicine, Family Medicine Residency Program at Lee HealthFamily Medicine Center, is training some very good prospects (this coming from experience in medical training as an old Combat Medic in the military). The profession is gaining quality compared to many years ago where patients were numbers rather than people, and it shows in high contrast with the skill and behaviors of residents in this Florida program. Thank you for bringing back people versus numbers!

Outstanding

Linda (front Office Staff) was a tremendous help to me for getting down 6 flights of stairs during the "fire" alarm. My leg hurt much more after this evacuations.

The doctor himself, I feel at ease talking with him it's like having a friend as your doctor.

I would say that the doctors Pacific instructions and helping me understand what I need to do to better myself and the goals we have to accomplish I feel appreciated I felt understood.
