Dr. Hottel was a breath of fresh air. She listened and wasn't in a big hurry for the patient. Loved her concern and so in the moment of just me. Hope she stays a long time she is differently a keeper.

I have seen Melanie several times and she is truly outstanding! Always so knowledgeable and so caring. She takes the time to listen and to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She provides excellent medical advice and is exceptionally supportive. I always feel reassured after an appointment with her!

She was very attentive and made me feel heard. I was very happy I didn't cancel. Once I figured out how far the appointment was, I was tempted to cancel and find someone closer to me. I will stay with her because of her care and consideration of me and my needs. Thanks for having such caring people.

Melanie was wonderful. She explained everything in a clear and precise manner. She was patient and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel like I was a bother and she needed to rush on to the next person. I truly appreciated her care.
