I pride, my personal physicians bedside manner and attentiveness to my needs to the highest standards, ARNP Hottel Also provided me with a feeling that I was her only patient listen to me, not just to answer but for concern and reassured me that Once we knew the test results, the best care will be provided.

Melanie was awesome. I'm old school, and always want to see a doctor, as opposed to a PA or NP. But she was great, and I would return to her.

Dr. Hottel was a breath of fresh air. She listened and wasn't in a big hurry for the patient. Loved her concern and so in the moment of just me. Hope she stays a long time she is differently a keeper.

I have seen Melanie several times and she is truly outstanding! Always so knowledgeable and so caring. She takes the time to listen and to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She provides excellent medical advice and is exceptionally supportive. I always feel reassured after an appointment with her!

She was very attentive and made me feel heard. I was very happy I didn't cancel. Once I figured out how far the appointment was, I was tempted to cancel and find someone closer to me.
