Getting an appointment so quickly was key. I was [ ] and getting in quickly enabled me to be able to start taking the [ ] within 72 hours. The doctor was very kind and explained to me what I should be paying attention to the next several days. I am on my way to feeling better now in less than 24 hrs. Thank you!

Felt like I've known her for years, was first time ever to see. Super present, great personality! Definitely wanna see again and would recommend to all I know! When I think of excellence in a Healthcare provider, right here! Bravo I'm going to switch if I can. Seen a slu of doctors ARNP in my 40yrs I'm more than positive I want her, need this provider!

the wait time in examining room was very long physician should allow more time to read chart for incoming patient specially if it is a hospital follow up

The man at front desk was very cooperative in arranging for me to see Melanie since I came early. The nurse was bright and cheerful and made me feel welcome. Melanie was outstanding - very detailed, and engaged personally with eye contact during the wellness check. These are particularly good people at providing the kind of care and concern that people need. Thanks to all three of them.

I met with Ms Hottel just before [ ] on [ ]. As a result of my visit she recommended [ ]. I went from her office to the radiology facility at Riverwalk. The staff at Riverwalk saw me right away and took the [ ]. I think it is outstanding that I had my appointment with Ms. Hottel, had [ ] taken AND got the results of the [ ] by the close of business on Friday! Ms. Hottel called me personally to discuss the findings that the [ ] showed. I Thank you to Ms Hottel, Renee, and the staff at the Radiology Facility!
