The entire team, from the entry at the desk to escorting us to the back door was terrific! This visit had a number of moving parts due to the [ ], return from [ ] via an alternative provider in another state and getting appropriate [ ], etc., all worked well.

This visit was great. The provider took the time to explain the process. She even went out of her way after the visit to investigate my complaint and provide further lab test to determine the root cause of my issue. No provider has done that before. So a big thank you to Hottel!!! In my eyes this is exactly the type of care providers should be doing!
