Melanie Hottel is exceptional. She is kind, caring and explains everything well. Very professional and listens to me. She looks at me when speaking and pays attention to what I have to say which is very important to me. The medical assistant that works with her is also babulous. I forgot to get her name but have had her take care of me twice and both times she has been wonderful and caring.

Front desk was very helpful in getting my visit reclassified as a Wellness visit to comply with Lee Health [ ]. Renee, MA was warm, welcoming, & thorough. Melanie was a delight & excellent representation of an advanced provider. She did a thorough [ ], invited & listened to any questions I had. I will highly recommend her to others.

Everyone from the front desk to Melanie was great. I appreciate the time spend. Time well spent with a patient is always important to me. I would say the time is the highlight of my visit and explaining the [ ] I needed working in the kind of work that I do. Comparing to the other physicians I had prior , I give Lee Health 💯 percent

Usually not excited about PAs , it Ms Hottel was definitely very good at diagnosing and the treatment for it . I would definitely recommend her .

The entire team, from the entry at the desk to escorting us to the back door was terrific! This visit had a number of moving parts due to the [ ], return from [ ] via an alternative provider in another state and getting appropriate [ ], etc., all worked well.
