This was a virtual visit with Melanie Hottel. My original appointment was with Dr. [ ] , but she was unavailable at the time. We had some technical difficulties and ended up speaking on the phone. The appointment was easy. Melanie answered all of my questions and concerns. She was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use her again if necessary.
