Kelsey was very friendly and very professional! She has a caring personality, it's obvious that she really knows her stuff when she explains things to you.And of course, I would be remiss, if I didn't mention doctor [last name]. Through my entire ordeal, I knew that I was in the right hands with her, and I always had the feeling that everything will be okay.! Again, just a very friendly caring and professional person. I feel like I am lucky that I was referred to Dr. [last name].

I can't say enough good things about the entire staff at Dr. Byum's office. Kelsey was awesome as was every person I have interacted with there.

This was lumpectomy surgery post op and Kelsey was excellent. Took care to listen. Was focused and responsive to my questions. My surgeon actually came in at one point. I definitely felt valued. Great team!
