She was great, front desk asks name and birth date while sitting at their desk. Everyone waiting to be seen can hear your response. Needs to change in my humble opinion. Also recommended retaking my [ ] again because of [ ]. Excellent suggestion.

I was very impressed with Yanira. It was my first experience with her. She’s very smart, friendly, communication skills excellent, and we clicked very quickly. I look forward to seeing her at my next appointment. She is a tremendous asset to the staff.

This was my first time meeting Yanira Cuevas and I enjoyed her so much! I was having a tearful day for whatever reason, and as I shared some things with her, she made eye contact and politely listened. Not only did she listen, but she heard what I was saying and engaged in the conversation by validating my feelings, encouraging me, and making me feel truly cared for. I left feeling very good after my visit with her.

I fell and the person on the phone originally and she immediately got me to a triage nurse who got me an appointment with my doctors office within 30 minutes and her office got me an appointment with a [ ] within an hour. Excellent service all around
