This was my first visit to this practice and I was so impressed. The office had a safety meeting that morning and when they opened the door the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all patients were checked in promptly. All staff members were friendly and super helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this practice- super happy that I am a patient at this practice.

Dr. Noud and the care team are friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and took the time needed to provide care and answer questions. Lynette, the CSR was very kind, compassionate and helpful every step of the way, from entry to exit. This office is a model for customer care!

Dr. Noud always takes time to review my chart before she meets with me and I appreciate that. It probably is standard practice but it’s so important. In addition I’d like to call out Becky. I believe she’s an MA. She is always so kind and thorough and I appreciate her positive energy.

Dr. Noud herself is outstanding. When she enters the exam room, she has already reviewed my records, knows what’s important to discuss, seemingly misses nothing, and leaves me with a plan for follow-up care.

The doctor is great and seems sincerely interested in my health and well being. The other staff members I encountered were also friendly and competent. The nurse that gave me my after visit [ ] before leaving was willing to escort me via elevator to the ground floor. I have a real fear of elevators and getting trapped in them. She understood my [ ] about them and graciously rode the elevator down with me. I so appreciated her for doing that. What she did shows compassion and a willingness to go above and beyond what she has to do.

Dr. Noud-Schroeder is a wonderful doctor and reads my chart prior to visit. She has presented me with Questions she has prepared ahead of entering treatment room. I have found that most doctors open my chart while with me. BOTH WAYS ARE OK, but she seemed a little more prepared. I've lived here for 5 years and understand that snow birds affect the ability to get an appointment, especially with specialists and Dr. Noud goes through other reports sent to her and has contacted a specialist if she sees a problem. Which helped me get into the Specialist.

Dr. Noud has been a wonderful doctor in helping with my medical issues and getting them under control. Helping with figuring out the best [ ], She listens to my questions, helps me understand my tests results, and how we can move forward and take care of my medical concerns. My [ ], my blood tests results are going in the right direction and I hope my other health issues will improve as well. She has been a great help

My recent visit to Lee Physician Group was a blessing. The day after Christmas I am scheduled for a [ ]. I was struggling to complete the required physical test as there was much [ ] surrounding the entire process. I met Dr Noud for the first time that day. Her notes did not indicate an [ ] and I thought that was what I was there for. To make a long story short, Dr. Noud saw to it that I received the [ ] and the appropriate referrals. I would not hesitate to see her again. Dr Noud was very professional, and through. I left the office with a strong sense of relief.
