She takes time to talk to me regarding my whole health concerns even though SSM has no naturopathic or integrative doctors in its healthcare system. That is the one failing see in your otherwise excellent medical system.

You deserve to hear this. This what I left in the review. Dr. Dowling is the best doctor I have had at SSM. I have been with her a long time and she is kind, honest, knowledgeable and straight forward in her approach to care. She actually cares about me and my health and how I am living my life. I know she is well liked by others and respected by her peers and the people she works with. The Medical world has changed a lot and quality of care has taken a down turn in the last decade. With Noelle I get the consistency that I desire in my care. If you lose her you will truly have lost the best in class doctor. Treat her well.
