Dr Murray and Shelly are wonderful and always listen and provide excellent patient centered care. The front desk receptionist (I believe her name is Dawn) is always rude, dismissive, and irritable. I do not feel she should be the first person patients see.

It was my first time seeing Katie. She was friendly & covered all the possibilities on what could be causing my symptoms. She was easy to talk to & put me at ease. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Nikki Preston is great. However, this office is NOT providing Healthcare to their patients that have been with this office for decades-i.e. when their patients need to see a doctor a.s.a.p. and the office has no appointments available for 3 to 4 weeks-yes, 3 to 4 WEEKS-that is NOT providing healthcare to their patients. It is obvious that the higher ups have a different business going other than healthcare.

If the provider is running 1/2 hour late or more (the date of my appointment the provider was 1 hour late) then the co-pay should be waived. My time is just as important and valuable as the appointment time slot I booked.

Doctor Nikki is a provider who thoroughly listened to all my issues and is finding solutions for them instead of dismissing. She is phenomenal at her job. I recommend her to everyone who asks me if I know of a good PCP.

Katie is a very friendly person to talk to and that woman knows what she is talking about. I was not real excited about not having a MD to provide my health care but Katie is very knowledgeable and makes it seem like I am the most important patient she has. She will be my medical provider for as long as she is available.

Katie Powell is the best person I have seen in 20 years! First time I felt like I was being heard! Someone who really wanted to help me get better. She listened and understood my concerns and got right on it! True Blessing to me! I speak highly of her to my friends. She’s absolutely a Gem!!
