Sessions are quick, friendly and deal with my issues. My schedule for sessions is sometimes a little far out, and I don't always feel that my requests for sooner appointments are taken seriously by the office staff, which if I'm not having an issue, I understand. However, when I am having issues, being dismissed by the office staff doesn't instill confidence!

sometimes it is hard to get appointments, but the staff and therapist try to be as consistent as possible. Also, the Nocatee location is generally easy to get to and in and out of the parking lot helps.

My therapist, Dr. Nicole Winter, is patient-oriented and truly demonstrates empathy with my issues, concerns and general mental health. The service staff is also very helpful and the facility itself is an atmosphere of welcoming. This Agewell facility is far superior to the Agewell facility in Jacksonville.

I believe I've already submitted a review, but will reiterate that I find my provider to be very helpful and she is probably the best one I've ever had. I usually have Zoom (Epic) sessions which seems rather impersonal, I'd rather be seen in person, but it takes me over an hour to drive to the office, so I've only done that a couple of times. However, the times I did go in person, the office was clean and quite pleasant. I would recommend this facility to anyone I know.
