My therapist, Olivia, is awesome! She is great at picking up where we left off at our last session, is very patient and attentive, and has given me tools to use when I am feeling overwhelmed, anxious or just extremely sad.

Since I am a caregiver, I really like the virtual visits. They are easy enough to connect to and there is no travel time or gas use! As far as the sessions go, the meeting are almost like being there in person. My provider is very easy to talk to, she is well informed and educated. She is so very good at her job of being concerned, compassionate,& understanding difficulties in my life., She helps me find the good things about it and how I can also make some troubling areas more easier to overcome or to deal with. I have come to enjoy and look forward to our sessions, where I can vent, and then feel more able to deal with this part of my life. I would definitely recommend Baptist Behavioral Health as a very helpful and healing experience.

Michelle is incredible! She is the BEST listener, along with retaining loads of information, has phenomenal skills with communication, insights to looking at things in a different way so we can come up with solutions and most of all, her beautiful love and understanding! She is truly ONE-A-KIND…and I am SOOOO blessed that I have her for my psychologist!!!
