Much improved from several years ago. I stopped therapy before because of non-connection with therapist and psychologist. This time is better. They have taken the time to actually match up the therapist with me. I had a pleasant chat and felt like I was talking to a friend. Very happy and looking forward to my upcoming sessions.

The facilities are fine but all the caregivers are fantastic, caring, professional and dedicated. They are getting through the deepest and darkest time of my life. And all in a comforting setting.

It is clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. I have been seeing Dr Kristen Kelley for over 10 years. She knows me. She can’t be replaced. There is so much history to my story that she has helped me walk through.

I do Virtual appointments over the Internet, so I can't really speak to experiencing the Facility. That being said, I cannot say enough good things concerning the level of treatment and care I have experienced with Baptist Behavioral Health. Absolutely the Best!

My therapist, Olivia, is awesome! She is great at picking up where we left off at our last session, is very patient and attentive, and has given me tools to use when I am feeling overwhelmed, anxious or just extremely sad.

Since I am a caregiver, I really like the virtual visits. They are easy enough to connect to and there is no travel time or gas use! As far as the sessions go, the meeting are almost like being there in person. My provider is very easy to talk to, she is well informed and educated. She is so very good at her job of being concerned, compassionate,& understanding difficulties in my life., She helps me find the good things about it and how I can also make some troubling areas more easier to overcome or to deal with. I have come to enjoy and look forward to our sessions, where I can vent, and then feel more able to deal with this part of my life. I would definitely recommend Baptist Behavioral Health as a very helpful and healing experience.
