The counselor that I spoke with, Ms. Kristen Kelley, was excellent: warm and friendly, but very professional; she listened and processed lots of personal information with great intuition; she also managed our initial exchange in a skillful manner, in which there was little pressure to draw superficial conclusions. I left very satisfied and looking forward to following up.

The waiting area is very clean and spacious. In other words, inviting. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming. They are very competent . Appointments are on time and your therapist is cordial and focused on just you. No interruptions. Fully engrossed with your issues. She is compassionate and very positive.
The young ladies at the checkout are willing to schedule your next appointment based on your schedule .. they do their best to arrange a couple of appointments in the event you need to cancel .

I am able to see my therapist, Ms Leon, at Baptist Agewell, in Nocatee. It’s really great to be able to take care of all my medical needs in one location. The setting is perfect, comfortable and calming. Ms Leon is doing a wonderful job despite the fact that I’m sure I’m a difficult patient!

In particular I enjoy the friendliness and professionalism of the front office staff. The facility itself is conveniently located, easy parking, and spotlessly clean.
On the professional side, my therapist, Dr. Kristen Kelley has been and continues to be extremely helpful in helping me navigate the issues surrounding aging and ongoing medical and emotional problems that at times seem overwhelming.
