I appreciated her concern and I respect her knowledge. She was thorough in that she considered all possibilities for my back pain before drawing conclusions. She was understanding and friendly, not at all condescending. I would highly recommend her to others.

Wow…hold on to her and pay her well. And don’t take advantage of her strong ability to organize, communicate, listen and assume she can handle more…and more. Remember…for her ti continue to do this excellent work…she needs to be payed well and her work-life balance needs to be supported.
