She brought up additional potential health concerns in a way that allowed me to absorb the information smoothly. She paused after each item I had not considered, allowing for brief questions before moving on to the next item. I am now trying to utilize this technique myself, having directly observed its effectiveness.

She let me whine about how awful i was feeling after a sinus infection & listened to my symptoms. She gave good above & I was especially appreciative that she ordered a chest x-ray because she heard a slight wheezing in my lung.

I really like Nicole Chicker. She's knowledgeable and friendly and is proactive towards my healthcare concerns. She takes me seriously and doesn't make me feel like I'm overreacting. She doesn't brush off the way I'm feeling and try to convince me I'm not really feeling that way.
