Dr. Nguyen was very direct and informative. He sympathized with my concerns over CPAP. Though he recommended continued use, he told me steps I could take to nevertheless reduce risks given my condition. This was extremely useful. I will follow his advice

Dr. Nguyen showed great interest in my condition(s), giving serious thought to how to proceed with treatment. He even called the next morning to discuss treatment further after some overnight consideration on his part. I am very impressed with this doctor.

Natalia seemed genuinely concerned and was very polite, Dr Nguyen was very polite and informative, he answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything.
