Yes, Nancy is a real problem solver. She was able to look with complexity at my acute shoulder pain and really help me find a treatment that works for me. She went above and beyond and I so appreciate her.

The person at the check-in desk (Matt) was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and must more. My birthday was the month before my visit, he recognized the date on this computer and said happy birthday. He, in my was well versed about doing his job. I felt he cared about me and my visit.

Wideline was great as always. She is a ray of sunshine and handles her duties perfectly. Nancy was great as well. Since I have had to leave my previous doctor of 20 years I was anxious about my new doctor but she has been a joy.

I am so pleased with thie service and care I get at LPG Bass road! Nancy Nelson- Beliveau iis always personable and easy to talk too! The medical assistant who greets me professional and doesn't rush me! Can't remember her name believe it is is Willow. She always rembers me!

Nancy Nelson is always outstanding with every appointment I've ever had with her. She is a very professional, knowledgeable and caring person, and she always listens without making you feel rushed and she addresses all of my concerns and does not end an appointment or a session until she knows that all of my questions have been answered. I highly recommend Nancy Nelson to anybody looking for excellent medical care.
