A lack of better terms I would say everything was excellent in every way, and I have experienced some bad service doing my [ ] to other doctors and nurses. I�m proud to say I�m happy with the service so far excellent thank you all

Was very thorough and caring. Did not rush appointment and was empathetic also. Wonderful provider and staff. Medical assistant was great too.

Nancy was concerned about me because the person scheduled to see me was running late. Asked if I wanted her to discuss my test and treatment plan. First if all, that kind of patient consideration is rare. She was an excellent communicator about the test and plan and took the time to answer additional questions I asked. Then, the office followed up on a question I had when they confirmed my Rx was correct from the lab report. Dr [ ] office is the most responsive staff I have ever had in many years! I’m glad they are my primary care team!

Ms. Nelson was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. I was a nervous wreck and she eased my mind. It was as if I had known her forever. She was so kind and really took her time with me. She led me into all the right directions that I didn’t even know I needed. I’m very grateful for her and highly recommend her. The staff is wonderful there and very friendly.

I would just like to add that.I am so impressed I would just like to add that.I am so impressed by her. I cannot tell you. For the first time in probably 30 years. I've had someone that I didn't have to say a word. And she diagnosed me with things I knew I had, but she knew it. Her caring and compassion is probably the best. I've seen and I've been here 42 years.. I could not tell you how thankful I am to have her

I appreciated both Nancy and the MA kindness and care. I was experienced a [ ], something I had not experienced before, they listened did an [ ] and referred me to [ ]. All this took place within 2 hours of when I called to see if I could see someone at my PCP office, no one was available but they got me scheduled at Bass road.
