Nancy is always quick to respond to questions and provides feedback back that is understandable and thoughtful. Nancy’s assistant (Laurie?) was great to talk with and a great sense of humor.

Both Nancy and her assistant were incredibly thorough, I didn’t feel rushed and they really took the time to hear all my concerns. Doctors make me incredibly nervous, but I felt comfortable with Nancy which says a lot. She also explained my labs almost immediately which help cut down on the [ ]. I really appreciate the Lee Health team, even the gentlemen working the counter were incredibly kind. Thank you for helping me get through something that is normally incredibly difficult for me.

I swear Mrs.Nancy and her assistant was far the best hands down outstanding. I was so happy and pleased with my conversation not once did they make me feel out of place nor did I feel bad about myself… I love the feeling of a no judgement zone and they blow my mind they both welcomed me for who I was and all of my concerns. Very warm welcoming I would always go back.

Every member of the office staff was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient (especially "Alex" at the front desk). Nancy Nelson's nurse, "Laura" was not only knowledgeable, but upbeat and delightful. As for Nancy Nelson, she was professional, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and inspired great confidence in her ability to address any and all medical concerns. I could not have been more impressed!

Nancy is a very good PA and her staff is excellent. On this visit the person who checked me in and the person who did my vitals (sorry her name escapes me at the moment) was very proficient and "old school" paying attention to all of the proper ways to do an [ ] and the usual vitals. I appreciate detail oriented staff as they are gathering important data and it needs to be accurate. All staff were very pleasant to work with were striving to communicate well and provide optimal patient care in an efficient manner.

Nancy Nelson is a charming woman and I felt so comfortable with her. I look forward to seeing her again should I have any medical needs. Lauren was the nurse who took my vitals and asked other questions. She, too, is delightful with a great sense of humor. Both women put me at ease and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
