Natalie is without a doubt the best physician I have ever encountered anywhere. She is the only provider I have ever had, that truly feels like she cares. She goes above and beyond and is always willing to take on any problem, no matter how complex. I have been treated at Mayo Clinic since 2018 which has been a complex surgical case. Even with dealing with some of the top doctors in the world, Natalie stands out far and beyond any care I've received anywhere. She is absolutely the only doctor we've been able to find that would give a patient like myself a chance. Most doctors seem terrified of the extremely complex surgical history I have and the medications that are required to manage my case. Natalie stepped up pretty much as soon as Dr Cuellar retired and took me on as her patient. I am now 52 years old and have dealt with a lot of people over the years in every facet of life. Having said that, Natalie is a step above anyone I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with on any level! She always shows concern, listens and then does everything within her power to help. This is rare these days and most people take no pride anymore in anything. You guys are truly belted to have her as a physician and if I were rating her on a 1-10 scale, I would give her a 12. I can say emphatically, she is the best physician I have ever encountered in every way imaginable!
