The entire team at Baptist Heart Specialist - Jacksonville Sleep Center are simply incredible. Tammy [last name], my sleep study technician, was very knowledgeable, professional, and ensured I was comfortable with the procedure- absolutely flawless. Dr. Nassar has proven to be everything our research reflected, he is the best sleep medicine doctor in Florida. We made the best choice after much research before selecting the Jacksonville Sleep Center as the best place to treat my medical condition.

From the friendly greeting and check-in process to the short waiting time I felt welcomed. When I was called a very short time later the nurse who went over my medical history was efficient, professional, and friendly.
Dr. Nassar went over my sleep apnea history, put my equipment back together, and had a conversation with me about a prior staff member. Dr. Nassar made my returning to his office comfortable instead of awkward.

Everyone was so friendly from the moment you walked into the office. It's how customer service should be and so often is not. The ladies at registration, welcomed you with a smile and acknowledged you when you arrived. The wait was minimal, the doctor even politely apologized for the wait. Dr. Nassar was very chill, enjoyed his "easy going" nature. The lady at checkout was professional, helpful, patient and kind. Thank you!
