I live in JCP so its only a hop over the bridge to see my favorite Doctor Quail, always on time, takes his time and TRULY listens to me as I ask questions. Staff is efficient and courteous. Parking is always plentiful and clear of any debris.

The visit was on time if not even a few minutes earlier than my appointment time. Dr quail is amazing! You don’t feel rushed. He listens to comments and concerns and you don’t feel judged. Everyone there from check in, to check out are very pleasant.

I have been going to this same office for a number of years. I know their routines which makes everything easier. I have been seeing Dr Quail the whole time and am very happy with him and his nurses! I know I can count on Dr Quail to take care of me! I can also get my blood work done here and since I do not drive that is a big help! I am very satisfied with Dr Quail and the entire office!

Been coming here for numerous years, Dr. Quail is personable, a great listener and truly gifted Doctor. Excellent person!! As any Dr.'s office, the front staffing can be a bit of a challenge at times, with the exception of Ms Marilyn, always ready with a smile and kind word. Thank you everyone for having this office close to JCP where I reside.
