The staff is always friendly and professional. This goes for everyone in the office - receptionist, the women doing scheduling, phlebotomist, medical assistant and of course my doctor. My visit is always timely too and I never wait more than ten minutes for the doctor or phlebotomist.

fast I only have to wait a few minutes. I like that I can get my blood drawn there at the sam time or when my doctor puts an order. Dr Quail is excellent, very pleased with his knowledge, always listens and has a good answer for the symptoms I’m having.

I love Dr. Quail’s attitude and his nurse who checks you in. They are both very positive. I also like the attitude of the receptionist that checks you in and every time I call, they are all so pleasant.

Dr. Quail is Awesome!!! With his guidance and supervision, I have lost a lot of weight, helped me get off a few meds, and put me on a path to eliminate my type 2 diabetes. Equally important, Dr. Quail is very personable, listens carefully to my concerns and needs, and truly cares about his patients’ longtime care and wellbeing.
