The office atmosphere is very good. The staff seems calm, interested, and they take the appropriate amount of time. Dr Mourad always takes his time, explains results and next steps very well, and is quite personable. I enjoy him and his staff as my primary provider very much.

As a nurse, I am forever praising Dr. Mourad for the genuine and brilliant care he provides. He inspired me so greatly with his gentle guidance that over the past year, and following his recommendations, I was able to lose 20 pounds without a GLP-1 but rather through exercise and dietary changes. This had a significant impact on my blood pressure. I believe the fact that he does not make his patients feel rushed, like they are on a fast moving conveyor belt, and he takes the time to review their charts prior to the appointment with his notes in hand, results in patients having far more confidence in his directives. His warmth and concern are the solid foundation on which a sense of trust is created. Lee Health needs to retain this doctor as he is truly the gold standard.

My original appointment was at a later date. I really appreciated the call from the office offering me an earlier appointment. I am very grateful to have Dr. Mourad as my physician. He is very knowledgeable, patient and really cares about his patients. Lee Health is very fortunate to have him as part of their staff and I hope he is acknowledged by his superiors.

Both of these doctors are always extremely professional and most importantly, friendly and caring. It took a while to get doctors that really I feel looked out for me and all of my ongoing issues but they both work together and share information about you know what's going on and my test results every week so I think that I'm blessed when it comes to the doctors that I have.

His guidance has also put me on the right path toward weight loss, which has made a significant difference in my overall health. What stands out most is his consistency and willingness to help with anything-whether it's from my most personal concerns to even the smaller issues of a receding hairline. He has been there every step of the way, and I'm very grateful for his dedication and support.
