Barbara, the nurse, was excellent - she is polite, respectful, friendly - all while conducting the business she is required to do. Dr. Mourad is excellent as well. He was not in a hurry and listened to my concerns and responded appropriately.

I had an appointment with Dr. Nachaat Mourad [ ], and I’m truly grateful for the outstanding care he provided. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. Even though the visit went beyond the scheduled time, he remained fully engaged and patient throughout. This isn’t unique to just one appointment—I’ve experienced the same high level of care, empathy, and professionalism in all the many visits I’ve had with him. Dr. Mourad consistently combines deep medical knowledge with a kind, thoughtful approach that’s increasingly rare in healthcare today. He explains everything clearly, addresses all my questions, and ensures I feel understood and supported. It’s clear he goes above and beyond for his patients, and I feel truly fortunate to be under his care.

Carolina was efficient, friendly, calm, caring. It was apparent that the clinic was busy and the appointment time was delayed. But Dr Mourad took his time, was never rushed and addressed all of my questions/concerns before thoroughly reviewing and discussing my medical record. Discussion was collaborative.

Dr. Mourad is the gold standard of what a PCP should be. As a nurse, my bar is pretty high for the doctors I choose. He has exceeded my expectations far beyond my wildest dreams. He listens intently, shares up-to-date brilliant research data, his care and concerns are genuine, his advice is highly valued, and his follow up is nothing short of amazing. He called me with lab results immediately upon receipt!!! Where do you find such incredible health care? Only at Lee Health! Thank you for employing such an amazing doctor and please do everything to retain him. He’s one in a million!
