Dr Mourad, Was very professional, he listened to my concerns regarding my husband & my [ ] and gave me recommendations which I think helped the [ ] we have. He also said to call his office if we didn’t see an improvement from his recommendation.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Mourad. I selected Dr. Mourad as I thought he would be the doctor with whom I would like to create a relationship. After meeting him, I felt even more comfortable with my move from a physician who was not with Lee Health. (I sought a Lee Physician doctor as Lee Health uses [ ] platform, as does my Froedtert Health system in [ ], so now there can be [ ] and any [ ] that I have received.) I look forward to my second appointment with Dr. Mourad

Dr Mourad is always excellent But his intake nurse has a terrible manner with the older and mature patients. This nurse should be addressed immediately!! Lay people refer to this as a required attitude adjustment

Carolina was terrific during the pre-exam review. She was very professional & made me comfortable discussing my health concerns. Dr. Mourad is a wonderful example of a Norman Rockwell physician. Kind, thorough, professional, and an excellent communicator. His caring & concern was evident during the entire exam. He was well prepared, and fully explained the how’s and why’s of my medical conditions. His health and lifestyle recommendations were thoughtful, and will guide me to live better. I fully trust his judgement, and respect his guidance. He is a terrific physician!

Dr. Mourad is always caring and listens. He apologized for keeping me waiting a few minutes because another patient needed more time. I told him I understand and that's part of what makes him a good doctor. He takes the time with his patients. I am sure I have had visits that took more time than expected.
