Because of my depressed, anxious mental state of mind, Dr Mourad was able to get my appointment scheduled in less than 24 hrs. I am so grateful to have him as my primary care physician. He is a blessing.

Outstanding leadership starts at the top! Dr Mourad and his staff were outstanding in their sincere care for me as a patient. Dr Mourad took a sincere interest in doing everything humanly possible to ensure I could live a healthy happy life. He reviewed my charts and lab results the day before meeting with me. That is rare in such a fast-paced industry where doctors have limited amount of time to spend with their patients. Not only was he interested in optimizing my health but he had many great recommendations and I very much value the time spent with Dr Mourad and his staff! Dr Mourad and his staff make it clear that the patient's health is their number one focus and priority. That is rare!

Excellent service. Through the portal I messaged my provider attaching pictures of my wound and within less than 30-minutes I received a call and set up a next morning appointment! The care and the entire process was first-rate. I continued to be impressed with the level of service and care we receive from Lee Health

Dr Mourad had reviewed my chart before my appointment and was knowledgeable about my medical history of the last year. He reviewed my systems and listened to my concerns. He is very knowledgeable and I trust his judgement. He is pleasant and easy to talk to.

Dr. Mourad is an excellent listener. He continues to be very pleasant and patient. I never feel rushed. He followed up on mychart with 13 bullet points and I think he would have still been patient if I had 50 specific issues.

Dr. Mourad is excellent. He spent time with me and explained things to me and wanted to make sure I understood everything he said. He really checked me thoroughly to try to figure out my issue. (big difference from Dr. [last name] a week ago).

Dr. Mourad is professional and knowledgeable and caring. I feel confident and comfortable in his care. He Is one of the best primary care doctors I have known. I also had a wellness exam with RN Nicole and she was wonderful. I had some anxiety when I started the appointed but soon felt very relaxed and comfortable, She explained everything and walked me through my concerns.

I was very impressed with how quickly I got a response to my inquiry for medication and set up of an appointment next day so I could get the attention needed. It was a hurt back so it was a time sensitive situation. Also impressed with how quickly my RX was ordered to pharmacy.
