The girl at window was absolutely rude. She didn’t look up just hollered be with you in a minute. She was clearly on her personal phone. She rolled her eyes when I said I had Covid. Rude

Receptionist is the first person I see, gives a very good impression. Very calm,professional,friendly and nice smile. Makes me feel welcome.Pretty sure her name is Denise. She doesn’t act like she hates her job. That’s important. PA Stephanie couldn’t have been better. Very calm, helpful and caring.Offered great suggestions. Easy to talk to. Nurse wasn’t super friendly. The doctor was amazing and the nurse didn’t get mad with my daughter when she wouldn’t sit still.
