Receptionist is the first person I see, gives a very good impression. Very calm,professional,friendly and nice smile. Makes me feel welcome.Pretty sure her name is Denise. She doesn’t act like she hates her job. That’s important. PA Stephanie couldn’t have been better. Very calm, helpful and caring.Offered great suggestions. Easy to talk to. Mike was very thoughtful and awesome,! Fantastic,!,

Nurse wasn’t super friendly. The doctor was amazing and the nurse didn’t get mad with my daughter when she wouldn’t sit still.

The doctor herself was very understanding and kind.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I understand being busy but it is early, Doesn’t seem too busy . Felt rushed and like my lack of knowledge of pharmacy bothered him(nurse) didn’t feel helpful to me , as I haven’t been in Alpena in 5 years
