Jessica is very patient caring and listen to you when you are there. The nurse is very nice and the medical receptionist are always willing to help you and polite when you come in

She did not seem very engaged. It just seemed like she was just trying to get through another patient and be done. I almost never go to the doctor so when I do go it's because I'm very concerned about something

This is the first time that I had Jessica for an appointment. I had bronchitis and she checked me and said I had a slight rattle in my chest.. she prescribed three different medication’s for me and I am taking them now. I usually have Christie Worth as my doctor, but she was all booked up.. I was very happy with Jessica.

Jessica is incredible! She really made me feel like she was hearing what I had to say and tried to understand it. She was asking questions to learn more and was very thorough! We were able to joke a bit which made me much more comfortable since doctors offices can make me nervous. I would recommend Jessica to anyone and everyone!

She is attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, caring, and timely. The staff in her practice are all very good to work with as well.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Jessica Matheny is an excellent and caring provider. After moving to Alpena about 18 months ago from [STATE] I had to find and establish all new health care providers, not easily done in a community with a shortage of them. I am so glad that I was able to establish care with Jessica as my primary provider. She is attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and thoughtful.

I highly recommend this provider! My only complaint is that the appointment said to arrive by 6:45am but they did not unlock the doors until 7:00am and I was dropped off so I had to just stand outside the clinic in the dark for 20mins.
