Doctor and her assistant are Amazing. Professional and caring. Answers all my questions and doctor us patient with me when I don't understand something, she explains it again until I understand. I highly recommend this doctor.

Very clean place and everyome has been thourogh and professsonal. Have not had a mtg with a dr on video and audio but in the office was very good as the nurse was in the room for the exam. The 2nd appt was on my phone at home. My phones not the best but worked out and saved me travel time as its about 35 minutes to get here. I am very pleased.

Dr Venkatram’s assistant/nurse is wonderful! Communication by video makes appointments a bit harder but Dr V seems to care and really want to help and I do appreciate her seeing me. The first appointment was on time but the subsequent appointment was delayed and I can understand that some run late so that wasn’t a problem. I feel lucky to have found her and her staff.

Everything was done professionally and efficiently. Dr. figured out what medication work for me and my body very quickly, because she would always pay close attention to what I was saying. My life has completely changed from not being able to do simple tasks to have no pain what so ever. I can't thank her and her staff enough

My only problem is that I waited 6 months for an initial appointment but I understand it is because she is extremely busy.

I was leery about online for RA. BUT doctor and staff know what they are doing. My initial exam was thorough , better than previous in office visits. Dr took the time to read my history. I feel like this is going to be a good fit

Dr. V may have saved my life. Saw her [DATE] very good office visit. She ordered a hip MRI done next afternoon. After she got an initial negative report from the radiologist she immediately call me at home and ordered me to my nearest ER for immediate treatment of several serious conditions. I cannot thank her enough.

I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the willingness to take me on for an appointment even though I had messed up the date and wasn’t actually scheduled for that day. It really Impressed me that they are so accommodating

She is very patient and caring and respects your wishes even when they differ from her professional opinion. I am not ready to try new med but I might in a year and she explained why I should but honored my wish to wait a bit longer. I really appreciate the patients until I am ready to move forward. Staff is helpful and kind. I will move forward with meds as she recommended sooner than I had planned after her consult.

My visual meeting was Monday, after a wait from Jan to now Sept. I was sent for x-rays and labs, then get meds. I haven't heard anything yet, which isn't surprising. I felt she really listened, and was concerned on what I said. It was a new adventure with visual. Thank you to her and her nurse. ;)

Actually I've noticed a very sincere and genuine concern for the patient that has always been there since the beginning....no complaints really
