What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Excellent care, goes over everything in detail, provided me with new treatments which are making a big difference! Worked very hard with my insurances to get my treatment (infusion) covered! Her nurse did this! I am beyond happy with Dr. V and her nurse. I tell everybody about how good they are!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
She’s very responsive to questions even over the portal, but it would be nice to have a face-to-face conversation. I would also like more information regarding diet and supplements that could possibly help RA.

The video call experience was better than I expected. The Dr listened to and respected my opinions and preference. As usual with any biologic prescription I’ve had getting information about pricing and the ordering process from pharmacies can be confusing.

I'm very upset because at last appointment I was feeling better than I have in many years. She didn't seem interested or care to hear what I had to say.

Exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, attentative, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Dr's notes of the visut were extensive, comprehensive and clear & accurate. Medications were immediately ordered, next appt set, medications adjusted and tests scheduled. I was extremely impressed with the Dr and staff.

Dr Venkatram is an excellent provider that addresses any questions or concerns promptly and seems to genuinely care about her patients. Honestly, she is one of the best providers I have ever been in contact with over the years.

Dr. Venkatram is very thorough and answers any of my concerns. She is friendly and makes sure that all of my questions are answered.

Dr Venkatram really listens. Unlike most dr that just ignores your statement of what’s happening, she really listens and digs deep to the root of what’s causing the problems. I’d recommend her for anyone battling autoimmune disorders, RA issues as well.

I have already told them she is the best RA Doctor to see. I even had my ankle and foot doctor asking who I see and I told my foot Dr Tracey B to look up Dr V .

I like Dr. V. very much and have shared her information with my primary care provider. The only negative, is the 3 hour drive to see her. Please try to establish a rheumatology hub near Alpena.
