What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I like Dr. Diola. He listened. He is respectful. He is professional. He explains everything. He asked pertinent questions. He goes over your medical information. Gives professional incite and orders test to identify possible medical issues. He is a great doctor in my opinion! His intake staff was understanding, professional and respectful. I even told the staff lady how much I liked her because she was point on with everything! Dr Diola and his staff seem to be there for the patient which is all I can ask as a patient. I felt well cared for, understood and treated respectfully. I appreciate that kind of care. I wish that more doctors followed Dr.Diola’s example.

He is a very smart specialist doctor. He knows his business. He is very helpful in all ways. I would recommend him. We need more doctors just like him . Not enough doctors like him in our town.

It was my first time seeing him and I just absolutely fell in love. He took the time talk to me. Explained everything ordered blood work and now I go for my second visit when it's time. I've been to a lot of RA doctors and so far. He has impressed me the most. Thank you very much.

The biggest three things were 1. Dr. Diola always checked against past history for consistent follow through 2. Dr Diola always gives an explanation that is understandable, 3. Dr. Diola always connects lab/tests, medicine and daily function together.

First visit was ok/helpful but as soon as you show no blood work results of autoimmune disease, this office will get rid of you. Your symptoms and pain do not matter unless your bloodwork shows it.

Thorough and pleasant experience. Ordered X-rays but after I was waiting I was then told only one lab tech and I opted to go somewhere else. Now waiting for those results to be read and results / info relayed to me.
