My Dr Carlos Diola is knowledgeable, thorough and explained my situation and how to handle my pain and suffering with compassion. He also explained switching to new medication for my RA , benefits and side effects.

Been with Dr Diola quite a while now. He is an excellent clinician and also a heck of a good teacher. He will explain the physiology and the interactions between systems in a way that truly facilitates a working knowledge of the Disease of arthritis and what works, why and how. He is a good listener and very gentle with injections

Dr. Diola is truly the best doctor I have ever had in my life. I recommend him to anyone who needs a physician who treats you with kindness, respect, patience, and complete discretion. He pays attention to every detail and genuinely listens, which is something rare to find.
His knowledge in rheumatology is exceptional. He can identify what you have even before running tests — and when the tests come back, they always confirm his initial suspicion. That level of expertise only comes from years of experience and true excellence in medicine.

This was my first appointment with Dr Diola. He seems very knowledgeable. He was very patient with me, even when I have difficulty in expressing my symptoms because of being quite nervous. The computer was down, but Dr. Diola, even though he didn’t have my chart to look at, he still gave me confidence in how he managed to express his concerns about what is going on with my health. I appreciate him and his views and goals for my health.

Go somewhere else that has better follow up parameters. I have called multiple times to better understand my diagnosis and understand next steps. The nurse who answers stonewalls me. On my subsequent calls she blames me saying “I was waiting from an answer from you”. I

He seems very knowledgeable. This is the second time I’ve seen him. I saw someone else in between these two times because he was retiring, but I guess he’s back. Someone else gives me my pain medication now which is tramadol and I was glad because he did not like to give me much for my rheumatoid arthritis. Last time he allowed me one pill a day and after I ask him a couple times for 15 more for my work days he did give me 15 more for a couple of months and then cut it back to 10 extra so if you don’t need pain medication, he’s a great doctor.

Michelle, the MA, was wonderful! She was very friendly, welcoming and professional. Dr. Diola was very thorough, and professional. He spent time with me, and listened attentively. I felt very satisfied with the care I received.

Yes. Dr. Diola and his staff are very friendly and made my visit pleasant to be there. Dr. Diola is very knowledgeable about my autoimmune. He's also very thorough in checking for symptoms and making sure as a patient you are taken care of and get all your concerns handled during your appointment.
